👋 What is a Quick Ticket? Are they official?
Quick Tickets are ordinary tickets that are officially distributed by SunIce Festival. We focus on a simplified shopping experience, so you don't have to fill in hundreds of fields until you get your ticket.
🙋 Can all SunIce products be purchased as a Quick Ticket?
No. Unfortunately, only selected tickets can be offered as Quick Tickets at this time. Come back later to see which products we have added.
🎁 I have received a discount. Can I use it here?
In general, all discount codes can only be used on the official ticket site (SeeTickets). There are exceptions, but you will be notified in these cases.
💰 Can I refund my Quick Ticket?
No. Tickets can never be refunded. However, there are some exceptions. It is best to contact our customer service: info@sunicefestival.ch.
😮 Are Quick Tickets more expensive?
The prices of the official tickets on SeeTickets do not differ from the Quick Ticket prices. Smaller service fees may apply.
